Individual Coaching is for folks who are looking to heal themselves before they have children. Raising ourselves from our inner child wounds is the first step to becoming a conscious parent. The Conscious Parenting Methodâ„¢ involves cleaning up our own inner terrain, moving from a place of unconsciousness and ego to consciousness and authenticity.
